All other states: 3-10 working days

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

We ship Worldwide to all countries and you can expect your package to be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you after the days of it to be delivered, please contact our support: info@chiamaxsworld.com and we can assist you with the next steps.

If you missed your delivery or wrong address is provided, you will be charged for a second delivery attempt.

Once an order has been placed unfortunately it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Please contact us immediately at info@chiamaxsworld.com within 2 hours of placing the order. However, once orders are processed, they cannot be cancelled or modified. Where a wrong address is provided, and items are undeliverable at first attempt, you will be charged for a second delivery attempt.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully, All sales are final. 

In an effort to ship out your order efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be cancelled.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it’s eligible for replacement.
